Infrared Sauna Sessions
Relax for 40 minutes in our Far Infrared Saunas in temperatures between 125 to 150 degrees. Wear what you feel most comfortable in to relax and recover in our commercial-grade private saunas equipped for Chromotherapy (color light therapy), which can also aid in balancing your energy. Fresh towels are provided in your private room. After your session, enjoy complimentary beverages in our cooling lounge.
*All saunas can accommodate up to 2 people. If you are booking with a partner, the Moss Room will be the best option if available.

Premium Sauna Experience
This package includes 90 minutes in the premium sauna suite as well as complimentary snacks and drinks for you (or you and a partner) to enjoy in the privacy of your room. In addition to the infrared sauna, the suite also includes a sofa, cocktail table and cooling fan. This experience is ideal for individuals who want more time to relax and decompress. Additionally, there is sufficient time for partners to sauna separately if desired. Don’t forget to leave us a note to let us know if you’ll be celebrating a special occasion during your experience with us!
VibroAcoustic (Sound) Therapy
VibroAcoustic Therapy is a holistic wellness approach that involves the use of low-frequency vibrations to promote relaxation and reduce stress. This innovative therapy combines sound waves and gentle vibrations to enhance overall well-being, making it a unique and effective addition to any wellness routine.
A staff member will help you get situated in the sound therapy room, select your preferred music and set the intensity of vibration to your comfort level. You will then have the room to yourself for the duration of your session to relax, enjoy the music vibes, and allow the sound waves to give you a touch-free full-body massage.
You will remain fully clothed during your sound session, although shoes should be removed prior to laying on the lounger. Headphones are provided.
